Our enquiry form asks for your name, company, business email, country and message. Our supplier form asks for company and contact details, company type, manufacturing location and a product introduction. A website or catalogue link is optional.

Please share business information relevant to your enquiry. Do not include identity documents, payment card details, health information or other sensitive personal data.

Information is collected electronically through our forms and correspondence. We use it to respond to your request, assess a possible commercial relationship and keep records of the discussion. Necessary technical information may also be processed to operate the site and protect forms against misuse.

Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a marketing list. A supplier introduction does not create an approved-supplier status, a public listing or an obligation to place an order.

Depending on the request, processing may be necessary for steps towards a contract, for legitimate business interests in handling professional enquiries and securing the site, or to comply with a legal obligation or establish and protect legal rights. Any processing that requires separate consent must be explained and requested separately.

Business enquiries are intended for authorised IKIMEX representatives. Wix provides the website and form infrastructure; relevant hosting, security and communication providers may process information to provide these services. Where legally required, information may be disclosed to competent authorities. We do not publish supplier submissions in a public directory.

Service providers may process data outside Türkiye. Information on the applicable transfer arrangements and providers can be requested at info@ikimex.com.

We keep information for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry, manage a resulting relationship and meet applicable record-keeping or legal requirements. When these purposes no longer apply, information should be deleted or anonymised in accordance with the applicable rules.

You may ask whether your personal data is processed, request information about its use and recipients, and ask for inaccurate data to be corrected or for data to be erased where the legal conditions apply. You may also request that relevant corrections or erasure be communicated to recipients, object to an adverse result based solely on automated analysis and seek compensation for unlawful processing where applicable.
