Product, quantity and delivery country: the details to start with.

  1. Identify the product and intended use.

  3. State approximate quantity, unit and destination.
  4. Share your requested delivery date and any flexibility.
  5. Mention sample, testing or documentation needs.
BUYER GUIDES / 02

How do I compare quotations?

Check what each price includes.

  1. Do the quotations cover the same product and materials?
  2. Are quantity, unit and currency the same?
  3. Are sample and customisation costs clear?
  4. Which packaging and labelling costs are included?
  5. Are transport and delivery terms equivalent?
  6. Are payment terms and quotation validity stated?
BUYER GUIDES / 03

What should I check in a sample?

Agree the product details and checks before approval.

  1. What product and specification does the sample represent? Is it an existing sample or a custom sample?
  2. Are sample quantity, charges, delivery address and expected dispatch date agreed?
  3. Which dimensions, material, colour and finish will you assess? How will you check intended use or washing performance?
  4. For food ingredients, which composition, processing, batch information and documents need checking? Is separate testing needed?
  5. How will you share feedback and record accepted features or requested changes? Sample approval does not place a production order.

These lists help prepare a conversation. They do not replace product-specific technical or commercial requirements.
